eclipse.exeを解凍したのですが、開けません。

青い円のeclipse.exeを開こうとすると、The Eclipse executable launcher was unable to locate its compation shared libraryという警告が出て、開けません。 eclipseフォルダはＣドライブに入っています。 http://codezine.jp/a/article/aid/1710.aspx　の手順です。
